According to an analyst at The Linley Group, a chip consultancy firm, Apple’s A6 system-on-chip won’t make it to the iPad 3 until July 2012. The A6 processor, successor to the 1 GHz dual-core A5 chip presently powers iPad 2, is expected to power future version of the iPad and iPhone.

We had earlier heard reports of the A6 chips being produced on a trial basis by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).

Apple has just released iTunes Match beta to developers in the U.S. It allows users to store their entire music collection (up to 25,000 songs), including songs that they’ve ripped from CDs or purchased from anywhere else in iCloud.

Folks at InsanelyMac have created a video walkthrough of Apple’s new iTunes Match service, which reveals that you will not only be able to download but you can also stream music from your iTunes music library in iCloud on youriPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC. Until now, iTunes in iCloud was perceived as a download only service. As you may already know, Apple and Samsung are at each other’s throats lately.

Apple first sued Samsung for blatantly copying iPad, Samsung countered sued Apple and ordered Apple to show its next generation iPhone and iPad, which prompted Apple to amend its complaint against Samsung to include more Samsung models and Apple again accused Samsung of slavishly copying Apple’s product. Delta Airlines is testing 22 iPads, loaded with custom apps to enable better communication with pilots.

These iPads are being used as electronic flight bags (EFBs), a device intended to replace the pilot’s flight bag, which includes documents like Aircraft Operating Manual, Flight Crew Operating Manual, and Navigational Charts.
